Minimum Stay:

The majority of houses have a minimum stay of 7 nights, as well as the arrival and departure dates set to a certain day of the week. Once your booking has gone passed the minimum stay there will be no restrictions.
When an arrival and/or departure day has not been specified then you can choose your preferred day.

Linen and Towels:

All properties provide bed linen and towels in accordance to the number of people occupying it, (1 big and 1 small towel per person), kitchen towels and in some properties even beach towels.

Cleaning:

In a stay of 14 days, the house will be clean once during the week, towels and linen will be changed after seven days. The cleaning service on holiday homes is mainly around the bathrooms and a quick going over for the rest of the house. If you need further cleaning, you will need to specify it at the time of booking.

Garden and pool maintenance:

On most instances, the garden and pool maintenance is taken care of by the owners of the property.

Cots and high chairs for babies:

The basic equipment of each house includes one cot and one high chair, that you should ask for at the time of booking. In the event of needing more than one, please specify the number on the booking and we will inform you of the additional cost.

Internet Connexion:

Some properties have internet capabilities. Please be aware this could be, wifi, modem or a stick.

Additional charges for energy consumption:

Some properties have additional charges for the use of heating, air conditioning or electricity, please check the additional charges section for each property as these have to be paid directly to the owner.

Security Deposit:

Some properties ask for a security deposit to be used as an insurance in case the property incurs any damage during your stay. Once your stay has finished without any incidents the total amount of this security deposit will be refunded to the client.

Pets:

If you are travelling with pets, you need to mention so during your booking request.
Some properties will ask for an additional security deposit for any damage the property might incur. If your stay ends without any incidents, this deposit will be fully refunded to you. There could be properties that charge extra for cleaning after pets.

Use of swimming pools:

The majority of the houses grant exclusive use of the swimming pool to the customers, if this wasn´t the case; it would be specified on the house details.

Incidential:

Please do not hesitate to contact Spain Villas Resort in case of any incident regarding the house or any other matter (ie. medical emergency).

Parties and events:

Some of the properties on offer are ideal for event and private celebrations. We would be glad to inform you of the additional costs and conditions for this type of use.
